WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 10-day Return Policy under the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unwashed: Items should be unworn, only tried on for fit and comfort, and free from any scents (e.g., body odour, perfume, deodorant).
  • Original Packaging: All tags, labels, and original packaging (e.g., shoe-boxes) must be intact.
  • Final Sale on Certain Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, intimate wear, and packaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Pickup Availability: Reverse pickup is available based on your location’s pin code.
  • Attempt Limit: Only three pickup attempts will be made to collect your return parcel.
  • Eligibility: Only non-discounted products are eligible for return or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. Contact Us: Call Customer Care at (+91 [Your Contact Number]) with your Order Number and return/exchange request.
  2. Return Instructions: Your package includes a Return and Exchange Form with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Reverse Pickup: Based on your pin code, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Only three attempts will be made to collect the parcel.
  4. Quality Check: Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check.
  5. Coupon Issuance: If the item passes, you’ll receive a coupon code for future purchases. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  6. Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for return/exchange processing.

MY AREA IS NOT SERVICEABLE FOR RETURN. WHAT DO I DO?

For unserviceable pin codes, please follow these steps:

  • Self-Ship: Send us the item with all original packaging and tags in a sealed bag.
  • Label Your Shipment: Clearly label it with your Order ID.
  • Courier Address:

Notify us with the courier name and tracking number once dispatched. Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your return/exchange and reimburse up to INR 80 of the courier charges as a thank-you in the form of a coupon.

COUPONS:

  • Issued for non-discounted item returns.
  • Valid for 12 months and applicable on both discounted and non-discounted products.
  • Only one coupon can be used per transaction, and it cannot be split.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used for cart values equal to or above the coupon value.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please email or call within 24 business hours of placing it. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Final Sale: All SALE items and sunglasses are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • No Cash Refunds: Refunds are issued only in the form of a coupon.
